My Examples
Check out some of my mashups:

Fantasy - This is Pee Wee Marquette (MC at Birdland) announcing Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers over a loop of the song "One by One" written by Wayne Shorter. I added Blakey's drum solo from another track and also added him announcing the tune "Fantasy."
Fun - This is Julian "Cannonball" Adderley introducing the song "Fun" over a loop of the song "Games" written by Nat Adderley.
Soon After - This is Maya Angelou reciting a hop scotch poem over a loop of Elvin Jones playing drum breaks from the song "Soon After."
Contemplation - This is Nikki Giovanni reciting her poem over a loop from the song "Contemplation" written by McCoy Tyner.
Alabama - This is Martin Luther King giving the eulogy for four girls killed in an Alabama church by the Ku Klux Klan over samples from John Coltrane's song "Alabama" which he wrote after the bombing.
Tunji - This is Babatunde Olatunji instructing how to play drums over a loop from "Tunji," John Coltrane's song dedicated to the African drummer. Coltrane's last performance was at Olatunji's school in Harlem.
